IQF POMEGRANATE
Pomegranates are nutritious fruits. We select those of darker red color and higher brix, which have a sweeter taste. IQF Pomegranate Arils can be used to make juices, smoothies or garnish various dishes.
IQF FIGS
OUR FIGS ARE PREPARED USING FRESH FIGS, WASHED AND CUT IN QUARTERS ALONG THE LENGTH OF THE FRUIT. Grown under the Egyptian sun, they are harvested when ripe, then selected by hand. They can be used to prepare many types of desserts such as pies, compotes and jams. They can also be an interesting ingredient in a fruit salad.
IQF APRICOT
APRICOTS ARE GROWN UNDER THE EGYPTIAN SUN AND THEY ARE ALL CAREFULLY SELECTED. This product is derived from fresh fruits which are sorted with the seeds carefully removed. They can be used to prepare many types of desserts: pies, compotes or jams.
