IQF FROZEN OKRA
Green House Valley produces various sizes of this vegetable. This operation requires special, accurate care during the sorting and processing in order to guarantee the homogeneity of each of these respective sizes.

WE ARE WELL KNOWN FOR OUR EXPERTISE IN PRODUCING THE SPECIAL BAMIA (OKRA) CONICALLY PEELED AND OF 4 DIFFERENT SIZES FROM 1 TO 2.5 CM.

Our product is individually manually trimmed one by one in a conical shape and is not cut. Thus, the okra keeps its freshness, high quality and its nutrients. Moreover, our product is free of any filaments or large seeds. 

We provide Egyptian okra (7 angles) as well as the Turkish / Greek variety (5 angles).

Ingredients:
Garden fresh frozen Okra. No additives.

To store:
Okra stays fresh up to 24 hours when stored in a cold place or up to expiry date when stored at -18°C.

Cooking Suggestion:
To retain maximum flavor don’t thaw before cooking.
